Unlike many competing cultures, we don't overlook the quality of the water used in processing our cultures. Our products are grown in water that passes through an 8-stage reverse osmosis filtration system, then is re-balanced through an alkaline filter.

Processing:

Cultures are made with the reverse osmosis water and high quality nutrients. Jars are spun daily and kept in a cool tempered environment.

Sterilization:

All cultures are filled in front of a laminar flow hood. All syringes are pre-sterile and come with a sterile, disposable needle and multiple alcohol pads.
